Wet-Dry World Task 14 [140 Points]

OBSTACLE COURSE
Enter the level with the water at it's lowest point. Collect two red coins, then all the blue ones from the blue switch. Collect another two red coins, then activate the three boxed secrets (don't break the ! boxes they're contained in, though). Collect another two red coins, then kill Chuckya. Get the last two red coins, and then stand on the wooden platform with the "Express Elevator--Hurry Up!" star on it (don't get the star!). Finally, with the metal cap and invisible cap on, collect the "Go to Town for Red Coins" star.
Timed. Timing starts when you enter the level, ends when you collect the star.
